Cavern Tycoon is my entry into the 15th LD48 competition. The goal of the game is to build the largest underground fallout shelter with a finite amount of money or other resources. At first, money is your tool–a set amount of $50,000,000,000. But after the war, your cost of expansion will be human lives.
